Montgomery County Library
Montgomery County Library is a full-service public library system
with a main library in Troy, and 4 branch libraries in the towns
of Biscoe, Candor, Star, and Mount Gilead. It is a member of the
5 county Sandhill Regional Library System. Montgomery County Library
has a collection of approximately 60,000 books, audios, videos,
periodicals, newspapers, and other items. Services include a courteous
and knowledgeable staff, an online catalog, reference, public access
computers, Interlibrary and Interregional Loans, programs for children
and adults, a meeting room, local history and genealogy records,
fax and copy equipment.
